How long will my cake or product last?

The shelf live of our bakes differ depending on ingredients used, so this is always advised to you on the packaging of the product purchased.

Are you able to post any products? 

Yes, but not everything. All celebration cakes are for either pick up or  local delivery. Some baked treats can be posted such as Brownies, Blondies, rocky roads, and cake slices.

How do I store my treats?

All our postal items should be consumed within 2-3 days of receiving them, if stored in an air tight container out of direct sunlight or in fridge they can last up to a week. Brownies and Blondies can be frozen if wrapped individually and eaten at a later date.

Do you cater for allergies or vegan?

Unfortunately we cannot cater for any allergies as there is risk of cross contamination.
All our treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soya, milk, dairy and other allergens.

Mainland UK

Can I heat my treats?

Yes, you can cookie pie slices, brownies, blondies and stuffed cookies can be heated up depending on your wattage of microwave 15-20 seconds should be long enough.

What postal service do you use?

Royal Mail 1st class. The price of delivery also covers the packaging costs.


When will I get my treats?

We aim to dispatch all orders on a Monday.
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class and typically arrive the following day.

Please note: Any order placed after Monday will be dispatched the following Monday.


My treats have arrived but they are broken?

Unfortunately we cannot take liability for damaged treats, we pack them to the best of our ability once they have left us there is nothing else we can do.

Can I change my order or address details?

Please make sure the correct address details are filled out at checkout as they CANNOT be changed.
Once your treat orders have gone through the checkout they CANNOT be changed.
